Finance Agent Orchestration Manager

About the Role

Join a finance team at a venture capital and private equity firm, reporting to the Head of Finance. You will help manage fund operations while introducing AI-enabled tools and automation to make finance workflows more efficient and reliable.

What You'll Do

• Own fund accounting, limited partner reporting, and capital account statements across multiple funds.

• Lead implementation and calibration of an AI-enabled fund administration platform.

• Identify repetitive finance tasks and automate them using suitable tools and systems.

• Maintain accurate investment data, valuations, and portfolio company records.

• Support strategic projects alongside the Head of Finance, including office acquisitions and cross-portfolio work.

What We're Looking For

• Three to five or more years of experience in fund accounting, fund administration, venture capital or private equity finance, investment fund audit, or finance implementation at an AI-focused startup.

• Practical experience producing quarterly limited partner reporting and capital account statements.

• Strong understanding of capital calls, distributions, net asset value, management fees, and fund financial statements.

• Experience rebuilding or automating finance workflows using tools such as Excel macros, Power Query, SQL, Python, Airtable, or AI tools.

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, and an interest in deep tech, science, or impact.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $133,000 to $160,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site, five days per week in San Francisco, California, United States.
