Finance Agent Orchestration Manager

About the Role

Join a lean finance team at a venture capital and private equity firm, working closely with the Head of Finance. You will own core fund finance operations and help implement an AI-enabled fund administration platform, improving how financial workflows are managed across multiple funds.

What You'll Do

• Manage fund accounting, quarterly LP reporting, and capital account statements across multiple funds.

• Lead the implementation and calibration of an AI-enabled fund administration platform.

• Identify repetitive finance tasks and automate or rebuild workflows to make them more efficient.

• Maintain accurate investment data, valuations, and portfolio company records.

• Support strategic projects with the Head of Finance, including office acquisitions and cross-portfolio work.

What We're Looking For

• Three to five or more years of experience in VC or PE fund accounting, fund administration, investment fund audit, or finance or implementation at an AI-focused finance company.

• Experience preparing LP reporting, including quarterly reports and capital account statements.

• Working knowledge of capital calls, distributions, NAV, management fees, and fund financial statements.

• Experience automating or rebuilding finance workflows using tools such as Excel macros, Power Query, SQL, Python, Airtable, or AI tools.

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, and an interest in science, deep tech, or impact.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $133,000 to $160,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site, five days per week in San Francisco, California, United States.
