Finance Agent Orchestration Manager

About the Role

A venture capital firm is seeking a Finance Agent Orchestration Manager to join its finance team and work closely with the Head of Finance. You will oversee fund operations across multiple funds while implementing an AI-enabled fund administration platform and improving finance workflows.

What You'll Do

• Manage fund accounting, LP reporting, and capital account statements across multiple funds.

• Lead implementation and calibration of a fund administration platform with AI-enabled capabilities.

• Automate recurring finance processes using tools and systems suited to the workflow.

• Maintain accurate investment data, valuations, and portfolio company records.

• Support strategic finance projects in partnership with the Head of Finance.

What We're Looking For

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in VC or PE fund accounting, fund administration, fund finance, investment fund audit, or finance implementation at an AI-focused finance company.

• Experience producing LP reporting, including quarterly reports and capital account statements.

• Working knowledge of capital calls, distributions, NAV, management fees, and fund financial statements.

• Experience improving or automating finance workflows using tools such as Excel macros, Power Query, SQL, Python, Airtable, or AI tools.

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

• Interest in deep technology, science, or mission-driven investing.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary is $133,000 to $160,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

This is an on-site role in San Francisco, California.
