Finance Agent Orchestration Manager

About the Role

Join a venture capital finance team and work closely with the Head of Finance to manage fund operations across multiple funds. You will help improve the accuracy and efficiency of finance workflows by implementing an AI-enabled fund administration platform and building practical automation.

What You'll Do

• Own fund accounting, limited partner reporting, and capital account statements across multiple funds.

• Lead the implementation and calibration of an AI-enabled fund administration platform.

• Automate repetitive finance workflows using suitable tools and systems.

• Maintain accurate investment data, valuations, and portfolio company records.

• Support strategic finance projects with the Head of Finance, including office acquisitions and cross-portfolio work.

What We're Looking For

• Three to five or more years of experience in fund accounting, fund administration, venture capital or private equity finance, investment fund audit, or finance implementation at a technology company.

• Experience with fund accounting and fund operations, including capital calls, distributions, NAV, management fees, and fund financial statements.

• Experience producing quarterly limited partner reporting and capital account statements.

• Experience automating or rebuilding finance workflows using tools such as Excel macros, Power Query, SQL, Python, Airtable, or AI tools.

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

• Interest in deep tech, science, or impact-driven work.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual base salary is $133,000 to $160,000. Visa sponsorship is available.

This is an on-site role in San Francisco, California.
