Finance Agent Orchestration Manager

About the Role

Join a venture capital and private equity finance team as its second finance hire, partnering with the Head of Finance. You will oversee fund accounting across multiple funds and lead the rollout of an AI-enabled fund administration platform, helping build more efficient finance operations.

What You'll Do

• Own fund accounting, limited partner reporting, and capital account statements across multiple funds.

• Lead implementation and calibration of an AI-enabled fund administration platform.

• Automate repetitive finance workflows using tools and systems that improve accuracy and efficiency.

• Maintain investment data, valuations, and portfolio company records.

• Support strategic finance projects, including office acquisitions and cross-portfolio initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Three to five or more years of experience in fund accounting, fund administration, VC or PE finance, investment fund audit, or finance implementation at an AI-focused company.

• Experience producing LP reporting, including quarterly reports and capital account statements.

• Strong knowledge of capital calls, distributions, NAV, management fees, and fund financial statements.

• Experience automating or rebuilding finance workflows using tools such as Excel macros, Power Query, SQL, Python, Airtable, or AI tools.

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

• Interest in deep technology, science, or impact-oriented work.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $133,000 to $160,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site, five days per week in San Francisco, California.
