Finance Agent Orchestration Manager

About the Role

Join a venture capital and private equity finance team as its second finance hire, working directly with the Head of Finance. You will oversee finance operations across multiple funds and lead the rollout of an AI-enabled fund administration platform.

What You'll Do

• Own fund accounting, limited partner reporting, and capital account statements across multiple funds.

• Implement and calibrate an AI-enabled fund administration platform.

• Automate repetitive finance workflows using tools and systems suited to the work.

• Maintain accurate investment data, valuations, and portfolio company records.

• Support strategic projects with the Head of Finance, including office acquisitions and cross-portfolio work.

What We're Looking For

• Three to six years of experience in fund accounting, fund administration, fund operations, investment fund audit, or related venture capital or private equity finance work.

• Experience preparing quarterly limited partner reporting and capital account statements.

• Strong working knowledge of capital calls, distributions, NAV, management fees, and fund financial statements.

• Experience automating or rebuilding finance workflows with tools such as Excel macros, Power Query, SQL, Python, Airtable, or AI tools.

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

• Interest in deep tech, science, or impact-oriented work.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $133,000 to $160,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site, five days per week in San Francisco, California.
