This is not a traditional Finance Director role.

The business is seeking an accomplished FD/CFO with extensive FMCG experience who can operate as a true enterprise leader partnering directly with the CEO and Board to influence strategy, growth, commercial performance, manufacturing operations, investment and organisational capability.

FOOD or FMCG MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL

We are particularly interested in hearing from:

Finance Directors | CFOs | Divisional FDs | Business Unit FDs who can demonstrate a strong track record across manufacturing finance, commercial finance, margin and profitability, operational performance, capital investment, working capital, governance and the development of high-performing teams.

You will be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, commercially sharp and equally comfortable in the Boardroom and within the manufacturing operation.

Experience of complex supply chains, private label, branded products, major retailers, foodservice, ingredients or contract manufacturing would be particularly relevant.
