Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager

What You'll Do

• Present tailored financing options to customers with clarity and confidence

• Sell value-added products and protection plans to enhance the ownership experience

• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of all documentation: loans, taxes, titles, and registration

• Build and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions to offer competitive terms

• Deliver a seamless, transparent, and customer-first experience

• Help drive repeat and referral business through exceptional service and follow-up

• Maintain strong CSI scores and exceed performance benchmarks

• Remain compliant with all applicable laws and dealership policies

What We're Looking For

• Proven automotive F&I management experience required (banking background alone is not applicable)

• Strong knowledge of leasing structures, lender programs, and special finance

• Expertise in state title, registration, and tax requirements

• Exceptional customer service, negotiation, and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities

• High ethical standards and a commitment to compliance
