Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee our company's financial planning, accounting operations, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of Value-Added Tax (VAT), corporate taxes, UK finance law, forecasting, budgeting, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for managing financial data. This role is crucial in ensuring our financial health and compliance with all relevant financial regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Oversee accounting operations, payroll, financial reporting and month-end and year-end closing.
• Ensure VAT, corporate tax and regulatory compliance, including UK financial requirements.
• Manage audits, internal controls and finance policies.
• Maintain accurate financial data across CRM and accounting systems.
• Lead and develop the finance team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; a master’s degree or CPA, ACCA or CIMA qualification preferred.
• 5–7 years’ experience in a senior finance role, ideally with international, multi-campus, or education-focused experience.
• Strong knowledge of VAT, corporate tax and UK finance law.
• Proficiency with financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, accounting platforms).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional and remote teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Location: Dubai, office-based

Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–6:00 pm
