Finance Manager

Due to our expansion to the Clark Global City in Pampanga Philippines TRT is now recruiting for a financial controller to oversee the global TRT Financial and Operations department. Specifically, we are looking for a results-driven, professional focused, resilient, systemic thinker to plan for, execute and review TRT's financial performance and direct our accounting operations. Duties for the Financial Controller will include supervising the collections, payable and corporate accounting teams as well as the value chain and IT teams. Overall, the role is to manage accounting records, evaluating and managing risk, ensuring compliance with regulations, publishing financial statements, overseeing accounting operations, analyzing financial data, monitoring expenditure, forecasting revenue, coordinating auditing processes, and ensuring accuracy of financial information. The successful applicant can be of any nationality but will need to be based in Clark Global City (TRT will provide work visa). They will need to have a proven track record in leading the financial operations of a global/regional company or a regional/global business unit within a larger multinational. within a will be very strong in strategic planning with exceptional numerical proficiency to maintain a positive revenue and financial growth. Also, the are required to formulate sound financial strategies, implementing proper internal controls, achieving organizational targets, and developing financial plans that support TRT’s strategy for 2020 and beyond. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving skills, a flair for numbers, be highly organized, and have excellent leadership skills. The noteworthy Financial Controller should streamline TRT’s accounting functions and operations, provide financial analysis and reports, train staff on business finance issues, promote regulatory compliance, and drive income generation and opex miniminsation. Coordinating audit processes. Financial Controller Requirements: Master's Degree in Accounting or equivalent. 5+ Years Proven experience in Finance management. Good communication skills. Strong leadership qualities. Excellent interpersonal skills. Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals. Auditing experience. Compliance oriented Proficiency in Accounting software Strong Analytical Skills
