About the Position

Based in our Ankara Headquarters, the Finance Specialist will play an active role in the execution of the company’s daily finance operations. The position is responsible for managing banking transactions, cash flow activities, collections and payments, loan operations, and financial reconciliation processes, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records. By supporting the control, monitoring, and reporting of financial transactions through SAP, the Finance Specialist will contribute to the effective management of the company’s financial resources and the continuous improvement of financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Entering and recording bank transactions in the SAP system.

• Creating, classifying, and following up on bank payment instructions to ensure they have been processed.

• Reviewing bank statements and recording daily bank balances in the system.

• Recording customer collection transactions (Direct Debit System - DDS/DBS), confirming balances, and performing reconciliations.

• Conducting payment and collection balance controls.

• Monitoring bank loans and loan repayments and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

• Maintaining up-to-date records of letters of guarantee and letters of credit in the SAP system.

• Communicating with banks regarding bank receipts, statements, SWIFT messages, and related matters.

• Monitoring and recording credit card sales collections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences (Business Administration, Economics, Finance, International Trade and Finance, or related fields).

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance and/or accounting.

• Knowledge of SAP.

• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.

• Knowledge of accounting charts of accounts, foreign exchange transactions, and tax regulations.

• For male candidates, completion of military service.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

• Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

• No travel restrictions; residing in Ankara or willing to relocate to Ankara.
