Your Role:

As a Customer Support Agent for the iGaming industry, you will:

Handle live chat communication with players in German

Resolve player inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally

Provide clear, accurate information using internal tools and CRM

Ensure a seamless and enjoyable customer experience

Follow company procedures and maintain a friendly, respectful tone

Requirements

Who You Are:

Fluent/native German speaker

Good English skills (B1 or above)

Previous customer support experience (iGaming a plus)

Tech-savvy and confident using CRM tools

Multitasker with a proactive, customer-oriented mindset

Ready to relocate to Belgrade and work from the office
