Job Description: Graduate Programme – Finance Transformation Analyst Location: Brazil, Jarinu. The Global Graduate Programme – A Fast-Track to Leadership The Sibelco Global Graduate Programme is designed to accelerate the careers of promising individuals. It is a two-year rotational programme consisting of two one-year assignments in key operational and commercial roles, providing hands-on experience with real business projects and early exposure to strategic decision-making. Participants are offered a permanent contract from the start, ensuring long-term career prospects within Sibelco. As part of this programme, we are recruiting a Graduate Finance Transformation Analyst to support strategic Finance initiatives across South America. Graduates must also be open to spending part of the programme in a different location from this initial one in Jarinu. Your Impact in This Role: Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial and operational data to support business decisions Supporting Finance Project activities: integration planning, SAP implementation tracking, TSA execution, and KPI monitoring Developing management dashboards and performance reports for regional Finance leadership Identifying and implementing process improvements across Finance and cross-functional teams Collaborating with Operations, Commercial, Supply Chain, Procurement, IT, and HR to drive transformation projects What You Bring to the Table: A degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field Strong analytical mindset and data analysis skills (Excel proficiency required) High proficiency in English and brazilian.
