- Establish, maintain, and monitor internal controls across the end-to-end accounting process, including controls performed by the managed service provider for AP, AR, and RTR.
- Monitor managed service performance against agreed service levels and KPIs, escalating issues and partnering with the provider on corrective actions and process improvements.
- Lead and develop the AP Controls & T&E Accountant, who oversees AP controls, governance, and T&E compliance in partnership with the India-based AP team; set goals and objectives, coach, and foster a collaborative and results-driven culture.

We create connections with every sip. And we’ve found a lot of value in in-person connections! As a young, fast-growing company, we’re still creating and refining the systems that will fuel our future growth. Onsite presence is beyond collaboration, and here is why onsite presence matters:
- Speeds decision-making – Having the right people in the same room means questions get answered and roadblocks get cleared instantly, which is critical when building for scale and aligning priorities across the various departments.
- Strengthens cross-functional execution – Many of our initiatives cut across departments. Onsite presence brings together the Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams, along with others, ensuring the right voices are at the table at the right time to align on next steps.
- Enables richer, faster feedback loops – Real-time observation and discussion with Rain Makers across departments help us spot gaps, adapt processes, and improve outcomes immediately.

- Certified Public Accountant license required
- 3 years of Public Accounting experience preferred
- At least five (5) years of broad accounting and financial experience, including people leadership
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial statement preparation, and internal controls
