Skilled Cyber Security Analyst (Firewall & Load Balancer) with strong hands-on experience in Check Point Firewalls and Cisco Security technologies (Firewall, VPN, Cisco ISE)as primary competencies, complemented by working knowledge of Citrix ADC (NetScaler) Load Balancers. The role involves managing and supporting enterprise network security infrastructure, including firewall policy administration, VPNs, Cisco ISE, access control solutions, and load balancing services. The candidate will be responsible for incident resolution, change implementation, security compliance, infrastructure optimization, and supporting both project and BAU operations in a 24x7 production environment. Experience in troubleshooting complex network security issues, adherence to ITIL processes, and collaboration with global teams is essential.

Experience Required

· 6–10+ years in Network Security and Firewall Administration.

· Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Check Point Firewall.

· Minimum 4 years of experience with Cisco Security technologies.

· Working knowledge of Citrix ADC / NetScaler Load Balancers.

· Experience in enterprise production environments and 24x7 support operations.
