Fleet & Commercial Sales Manager

Red Rock Ford of Dickinson, LLC – Dickinson, ND Pay: $90,000 – $140,000 per year (base + performance incentives) + up to $12,000 sign-on bonus + relocation assistance available for eligible and qualified individuals. Red Rock Ford of Dickinson, LLC, a Ford Elite Commercial Center , is seeking an experienced Fleet & Commercial Sales Manager to lead and grow our commercial vehicle business. Responsibilities: Drive growth in fleet and commercial vehicle sales Manage, coach, and develop a Fleet Sales Representative Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, government, and fleet accounts Work closely with Retail Sales Managers and other department leaders to align inventory, pricing, and processes Ensure compliance with Ford fleet programs and Elite Commercial Center standards Requirements: Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (minimum) Additional hours will be required based on business needs, customer demands, or special circumstances Qualifications: Automotive, commercial vehicle, equipment, fleet, or strong B2B outside-sales experience preferred.
