Role Summary Our Food and Beverage Assistants in Stove Restaurant and Wainwrights Inn are passionate about customer care, and knowledgeable about the products and service they offer to our guests. Our team thrive off delivering a fun dining experience to our guests and take pride in making a simple restaurant reservation into a wonderful lifelong memory. Key Responsibilities Deliver fun, friendly, and thoughtful experiences for every guest Provide high standards of customer service in a relaxed but professional way Build positive relationships with guests so they feel welcomed and cared for Take ownership of guest satisfaction throughout their visit Use strong knowledge of food, drinks, and services to confidently assist guests Create memorable dining experiences through attentive, personalised service Work collaboratively with restaurant, bar, kitchen, and front‑of‑house teams Our Ideal Candidate Exceptional guest care and confident communication with all types of guests Warm, friendly, positive personality that creates a welcoming atmosphere Strong hospitality mindset with passion for food, drink, and memorable experiences Professional, reliable, organised, and able to maintain high standards under pressure Flexible team player who supports different areas and works varied shifts Eager to learn, grow, and develop new hospitality skills (experience welcome but not essential) What We Offer Be our guest with a yearly complimentary stay in our Langdale hotel, B&B rate for one night. The Estate is home to 2 Hotels & Self Catering Properties, Luxury Spa and Food & Beverage Outlets.. So with 600 guests and 200 members of staff on the resort there is always something to do. Langdale is like a home to many people and in fact for about 70 members of staff, who live on site it is their home. This creates a passion about the place that is difficult to replicate. People who work at Langdale believe that is like a family and like any family we want our staff to grow, develop and learn from their time with us.
