Position: Full-Time Server

Cookie Dealer is expanding to JVC, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and customer-focused Server to join our team!

We’re looking for someone with excellent people skills, a passion for food and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This role is more than just serving customers. you’ll be responsible for creating an excellent customer experience while preparing and presenting our desserts to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience for every customer.

* Prepare, assemble and serve desserts to Cookie Dealer’s quality and presentation standards.

* Maintain excellent knowledge of our menu, ingredients and products.

* Work independently and confidently during busy trading periods.

* Handle customer orders, payments and enquiries efficiently.

* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kiosk at all times.

* Follow all food safety, hygiene and operational procedures.

* Ensure stock is monitored and replenished as required.

* Take ownership of the kiosk and maintain high standards throughout every shift.

What We’re Looking For

* Previous experience in hospitality, food service or customer-facing roles is preferred.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong knowledge and understanding of food, ingredients and food handling.

* Ability to work independently in a busy environment.

* A proactive, responsible and positive attitude.

* High attention to detail, particularly when preparing and presenting desserts.

* Someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys interacting with customers.

* Must be available to start immediately.
