Compensation: $230K–$300K base + competitive equity

About the role

You will serve as the trusted technical advisor for the company's most strategic customers, guiding them through complex deployments of the data curation platform. This role involves owning end-to-end onboarding, deployment, and production rollout for strategic accounts.

You'll work closely with sales, engineering, and research teams to translate customer requirements into actionable strategies and provide feedback to shape the product roadmap.

What You’ll Do

Own onboarding, deployment, and production rollout for strategic accounts.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact and build long-term customer relationships.
Design scalable workflows across compute, storage, networking, and distributed systems.
Partner with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into technical strategies.
Travel to customer sites as needed for deployments and high-stakes engagements.

The Ideal Candidate

5+ years in a post-sales technical role such as solutions engineering or technical implementation.
Strong experience with distributed systems and multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Proficiency in Python or SQL and experience with ML/AI workflows and Kubernetes.
Ability to debug and contribute to technical conversations end-to-end.
