Forward Deployed Engineer (AI) - Hong Kong

Our client is building a high-impact AI team within the CEO Office to deliver AI solutions that transform how the business operates across multiple functions.

This role is ideal for a hands-on AI Engineer who enjoys solving real business problems, working directly with stakeholders, and taking AI solutions from concept through to production.

What You'll Do

• Partner with business teams to identify high-value workflows where AI can deliver measurable impact
• Design and develop production-grade AI solutions using LLMs, AI agents and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
• Build and deploy multi-agent workflows, AI copilots and workflow automation solutions
• Integrate AI applications with enterprise systems and data platforms
• Take ownership of the end-to-end lifecycle, from discovery and prototyping to deployment, adoption and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders across different business functions to turn ideas into scalable AI products

What We're Looking For

• Strong Python development experience
• Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM-based applications
• Experience with AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, RAG and Vector Databases
• Exposure to frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, LangChain, MCP or similar technologies
• Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP
• Ability to work directly with business users and translate requirements into practical AI solutions
• Proven track record of delivering solutions from idea to production
