Forward Deployed Engineer, Mid-Level

About the Role

Join a team building AI-powered automation for complex business processes. You will partner directly with enterprise customers to understand critical workflows, develop reliable software solutions, and take deployments from discovery through production rollout.

What You'll Do

• Map customer processes and translate ambiguous workflows into clear, actionable steps.

• Build automations using an AI-based programming language and architect solutions that scale reliably.

• Work with customers to iterate on implementations, support adoption, and expand pilots into production deployments.

• Document deployment practices and help improve how future customer projects are delivered.

• Take ownership of customer outcomes, balancing engineering decisions with operational needs.

What We're Looking For

• Two to eight years of software engineering experience, including hands-on coding in day-to-day work.

• Strong engineering fundamentals and experience independently shipping a full-stack application end to end.

• Experience in customer-facing engineering, solutions, or deployment work, with substantial direct customer interaction.

• Background in a hands-on startup or other fast-paced environment, with experience beyond large technology companies alone.

• Demonstrated initiative and ownership, with the ability to build trust and communicate effectively with enterprise partners.

• Experience deploying production software for customers, or a strong record of delivering software in an early-stage company.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $150,000 to $225,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
