Forward Deployed Strategist

About the Role

Join a team delivering AI-powered workflow automation for enterprise customers. You will own strategic deployments from initial scoping through production, aligning customer stakeholders and delivery teams to make complex operational changes successful.

What You'll Do

• Own commercial relationships with enterprise customers, including scoping, negotiating, and closing complex engagements.

• Understand customer processes, align stakeholders across operational and executive teams, and define measurable success criteria.

• Lead cross-functional delivery teams through pilots and production deployments.

• Manage change, resolve blockers, and keep customer stakeholders aligned throughout delivery.

• Identify expansion opportunities and grow customer relationships from initial deployment to broader adoption.

What We're Looking For

• Three to seven years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, enterprise sales or account management, business operations, product or project management, or forward-deployed delivery.

• Direct experience owning enterprise customer relationships and navigating stakeholders from operations through executive leadership.

• A record of leading deployments end to end, achieving measurable customer outcomes, and scaling successful pilots into production.

• Strong commercial judgment, including experience with enterprise deal scoping, negotiations, account growth, or commercial targets.

• Excellent project delivery skills, comfort operating autonomously in ambiguous environments, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

• Technical fluency sufficient to understand AI systems and discuss implementation with engineers, without needing to be an engineer.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $170,000 to $225,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
