Mid-Level Deployment Strategist

About the Role

Join a deployment team at a mortgage technology fintech company and lead enterprise software rollouts for large mortgage servicers. You will connect customer operations with product and engineering, helping turn complex workflows into effective software solutions and measurable business results.

What You'll Do

• Lead deployments from understanding customer operations through platform configuration, adoption, and measurement of business outcomes.

• Visit customer sites to observe workflows, analyze data, and solve operational problems, with approximately 10 percent domestic travel.

• Work with product and engineering to translate legacy processes into scalable software solutions.

• Make sound decisions when information is incomplete and deployment needs vary by customer.

• Develop playbooks, tools, and processes to make future rollouts more efficient and scalable.

What We're Looking For

• Three to six years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, or a high-growth startup.

• Experience owning complex work, strong judgment, and a track record of stability and increasing responsibility.

• Active use of AI tools and technologies in your work, along with fluency in SQL, Python, AI coding agents, and data warehousing.

• A degree from a highly selective undergraduate institution or an equivalent academic background.

• Comfort with ambiguity, incomplete information, and taking ownership from analysis through execution.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $140,000 to $200,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is available.
