Forward Deployed Strategist

About the Role

Join a forward-deployed team at a Series A AI workflow automation startup, where you will lead strategic enterprise relationships and deployments. You will connect customer goals with technical delivery, helping organizations adopt and scale automation for complex business processes.

What You'll Do

• Own enterprise customer relationships and commercial engagements from initial discussions through expansion.

• Understand customer processes, align stakeholders across operational and executive teams, and define deployment goals and success measures.

• Lead cross-functional delivery teams, including engineers, to launch pilots and scale successful solutions into production.

• Navigate change, resolve blockers, and maintain alignment in complex enterprise environments.

• Identify opportunities to expand deployments and grow customer accounts.

What We're Looking For

• Three to seven years of relevant experience across top-tier strategy consulting, enterprise deployments, enterprise sales, go-to-market, business operations, product management, or a related customer-facing role.

• Demonstrated ownership of enterprise relationships and commercial targets, such as expansion, renewals, or pilot conversion.

• Experience defining business problems, building a case for change, and delivering measurable outcomes from pilot through production.

• Ability to align stakeholders from operations through executive leadership and guide organizational change.

• Strong project delivery skills, sound commercial judgment, and a track record of steady career progression.

• Technical fluency to understand AI-enabled automation and engage with engineers about implementation; an engineering background is not required.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $170,000 to $225,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is available.
