Forward Deployed Strategist

About the Role

Lead strategic enterprise deployments for an AI automation company, guiding customer engagements from initial pilot through production scale. This customer-facing role combines commercial ownership, stakeholder alignment, and delivery leadership to help enterprises adopt complex workflow automation.

What You'll Do

• Own enterprise customer relationships and commercial engagements, including pilots, expansion, and account growth.

• Understand customer processes, scope deployments, align stakeholders, and define measurable success criteria.

• Lead cross-functional delivery teams, including engineers, to launch pilots and scale successful solutions into production.

• Manage change, resolve blockers, and keep stakeholders aligned in complex, high-stakes environments.

• Identify opportunities to expand automation across customer organizations.

What We're Looking For

• Typically 3 to 7 years of experience spanning strategy consulting, enterprise deployment, enterprise sales, go-to-market, business operations, product management, or founding experience.

• Direct experience owning enterprise customer relationships, commercial targets, or complex customer deployments.

• A track record of scoping engagements, building business cases, aligning senior stakeholders, and delivering measurable outcomes from pilot through production.

• Strong project leadership and change management skills, including the ability to navigate from operations teams to C-suite stakeholders.

• Technical fluency to understand AI-enabled automation and engage with engineers about implementation without needing to be an engineer.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $160,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
