About the Role
Join an early-stage cybersecurity team building infrastructure to monitor and secure enterprise AI systems. You will own features from design through production, working closely with customers and helping shape the platform's technical direction.
What You'll Do
Build and ship end-to-end features for enterprise customers, moving quickly from implementation to production.
Develop data infrastructure to ingest high-volume, varied telemetry from endpoint, network, identity, and AI systems.
Design real-time detection and policy enforcement for emerging risks and failure modes in AI agents.
Work directly with customers during proofs of concept and deployments, adapting and shipping features as needed.
Train small models to make low-latency decisions based on behavioral baselines.
Test models and agents for prompt injection, tool misuse, data exposure, and behavior outside approved scope.
Contribute to the platform architecture and technical direction as part of a small founding team.
What We're Looking For
Zero to five years of engineering experience, including internships, with hands-on experience at a strong or well-established startup.
Experience shipping production systems and the ability to own work end to end with limited scaffolding.
Strong software engineering fundamentals and familiarity with Go, Rust, distributed systems, streaming pipelines, real-time data infrastructure, or cloud infrastructure.
Interest or experience in cybersecurity, endpoint integrations, large language models, machine learning, or model post-training.
Additional depth in distributed systems, security engineering, applied machine learning, or competitive programming is a plus.
