About the Role
Build and scale field marketing for a high-growth talent technology company. You will partner closely with Sales to turn in-person programs into qualified pipeline and revenue.
What You'll Do
Own field marketing strategy and execution across executive dinners, sponsored programs, hosted experiences, and industry conferences.
Scale an existing dinner program and attract high-value attendees, including hiring managers, talent leaders, and recruiters.
Work with Sales to align events with target accounts, attendee lists, and follow-up that generates meetings and deals.
Build an annual calendar of relevant conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
Manage vendors, budgets, logistics, and coordination across event stakeholders.
Own post-event communications, demo requests, pipeline attribution, reporting, and ROI analysis.
Develop the long-term field marketing function, with potential to build and lead a team.
What We're Looking For
3-5+ years of hands-on field or event marketing experience at a B2B technology company.
A track record of generating high-value pipeline through in-person programs, not just measuring attendance.
Experience operating in a high-growth startup and building field programs or functions from the ground up.
Ability to fill events with relevant senior attendees and convert interactions into qualified pipeline.
Experience with pipeline attribution, field marketing metrics, vendor management, and program budgets.
Background in a marketplace, HR technology, or AI technology company is a plus.
Experience with account-based marketing is a plus. A degree from a highly regarded university is also a plus.
