Role Overview:

We are looking for a Founding Full-Stack Engineer with 2–5 years of software engineering experience to build and scale AI-powered wearable products for industrial field workers. This role involves owning the product experience end-to-end, from real-time video pipelines and backend APIs to mobile and desktop applications.

The ideal candidate has strong full-stack engineering skills, experience building and shipping products from the ground up, and the ability to make independent, scalable architectural decisions in a fast-paced startup environment.

Experience and Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of post-graduate software engineering experience, ideally with early-stage startup exposure.
• A demonstrated track record of building and shipping products from zero to one with real users.
• Experience owning the complete application lifecycle, including backend services, APIs, data layers, and frontend or mobile clients.
• Strong computer science and engineering fundamentals, or an equivalent demonstrated record of building and delivering software.
• Ability to work independently, solve complex technical problems, and make sound engineering decisions.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with real-time video, streaming systems, or low-latency pipelines.
• Experience integrating AI capabilities, including LLMs or agent-based systems, into production applications.
• Exposure to computer vision, multimodal AI, edge computing, or on-device AI.
• Experience building and shipping mobile applications, including React Native applications with native integrations.
• Strong frontend development, product design, and user experience skills.
• Experience with wearable technology, smart glasses, industrial applications, or hardware-integrated products.
• Experience working in early-stage startups or as a founding or early engineering team member.

Ideal Profile:

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, product-oriented engineer who can work across the full stack rather than specialize exclusively in one layer. They should have a strong track record of shipping real products, enjoy solving challenging engineering problems, and be comfortable taking ownership in an early-stage startup environment.
