About the Role
Join an early-stage industrial AI team building wearable AI products for field technicians. You will own the product layer around the AI core, delivering a dependable experience across smart glasses, backend services, and companion applications.
What You'll Do
Build and ship the end-to-end product experience across wearable devices, backend services, and companion apps.
Develop and optimize low-latency video and streaming pipelines that connect devices to AI services.
Own reliable, observable backend APIs and data systems that support devices and AI workloads.
Build mobile and desktop clients for setup, monitoring, and workflow configuration.
Establish deployment and release processes for safely updating software running on hardware in the field.
Shape product architecture and engineering practices, and troubleshoot issues across frontend, backend, and device layers.
What We're Looking For
2 to 5 years of post-graduate software engineering experience, ideally including early-stage startup work.
Experience independently building and shipping a complete product, including backend, APIs, data layer, and a user-facing frontend or mobile client.
Strong full-stack skills with technologies such as TypeScript, Python, React, React Native, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
Experience with modern cloud and deployment tools such as AWS, GCP, Supabase, Railway, and Docker.
Ability to make sound architectural decisions and build scalable systems from an early stage.
Experience with real-time video, streaming, low-latency systems, mobile applications, or AI features shipped into a product is valuable.
Strong CS or engineering fundamentals, or an equivalent track record of building and shipping software.
