Founding Fullstack Engineer

About the Role

As a founding engineer, you will build the core software platform behind AI agents and the customer experience, including data pipelines, integrations, APIs, and an operator console. You will work across the stack to connect AI workflows with real-world systems and help ensure those workflows are reliable and visible to customers.

What You'll Do

• Take customer-facing features from concept to production by speaking with users, designing solutions, building them, and observing how they are used.

• Design secure, auditable data models and event-driven pipelines that support agent workflows.

• Develop internal and external APIs, along with a real-time operator console that gives customers visibility into their operations.

• Build integrations with ERP, logistics, retail, and freight systems, as well as a resilient synchronization layer.

• Establish observability, service-level objectives, and on-call practices for workflows where downtime can disrupt shipments or lead to chargebacks.

• Contribute across backend, data engineering, and frontend development, prioritizing the highest-impact problems.

What We're Looking For

• Two to six years of full-time software engineering experience, including hands-on, product-oriented startup engineering experience outside of consultancy.

• Experience building full-stack products with React, TypeScript, Tailwind, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.

• Interest or experience in AI/ML and building dependable software systems that connect with external services.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range is $160,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
