Compensation: $165K - $250K base + competitive, top of market equity

About the role

As a Fullstack Engineer, you will deploy code to production from day one, taking full responsibility for your work. You will be involved in creating specifications, building features end-to-end, and solving a wide range of problems, from deploying AI use cases with customers to designing core infrastructure.

You will work hands-on with clients to integrate solutions, iterate quickly based on feedback, and deliver measurable business results. This role offers a breadth of exposure, including backend, infrastructure, applied AI/ML, and customer-facing work, with opportunities to scale into leadership as the team grows.

• Deploy to production on your first day and take full responsibility for your code.
• Create specifications and build features end-to-end.
• Solve problems across various domains, including AI deployment, infrastructure design, and team expansion.
• Work directly with clients to integrate solutions and deliver measurable business results.

• At least 1 year of experience in a fullstack engineering role.
• Comfortable deploying and taking responsibility for code in production environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across multiple technical domains.
• Experience working directly with clients and delivering business results.
