Founding Growth Marketer

Freebuff is building free AI coding tools funded by advertising. We're hiring a Founding Growth Marketer to acquire and retain users through paid growth campaigns.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role working directly with the founders. You'll own campaign execution, creative testing, measurement, and budget optimization across paid channels.

What you'll do

• Launch and optimize paid campaigns across channels such as Meta, Google, Reddit, YouTube, and X. Prioritize channels based on results and expand what works.
• Build a steady creative testing process: write briefs and copy, work with creators and designers, and turn winning ideas into new variations.
• Improve the path from ad click to signup, first successful coding task, and repeat usage through landing-page and onboarding experiments.

What we're looking for

• Experience personally running paid acquisition campaigns, with examples of how you improved performance.
• Strong creative judgment and analytical ability: you can develop an ad concept, launch the test, and explain the results.
• Curiosity about AI products and developer audiences. Experience marketing a self-serve software product is a plus.
