Founding Marketing Lead

About the Role

As the Founding Marketing Lead, you will build awareness, community, and adoption for an AI and robotics infrastructure company. You will work across product, sales, and external technical communities to turn launches, events, and user feedback into sustained product usage.

What You'll Do

• Lead US product launches from early researcher outreach through signups, activation, onboarding, and usage tracking.

• Build and support technical communities through online channels, product updates, office hours, and community CRM management.

• Plan hackathons, meetups, ecosystem events, and conference programs with cloud, hardware, and industry partners.

• Coordinate partner co-marketing, public relations, media engagement, and spokesperson preparation.

• Develop university and research-lab partnerships, including talks, campus events, and student community programs.

• Manage customer case studies, references, and joint speaking opportunities from interviews through approvals and publication.

• Represent the company on social platforms and gather user insights through recurring interviews for the product team.

What We're Looking For

• Four to seven years of experience in growth, community, developer relations, or ecosystem marketing at an AI, infrastructure, or developer tools company.

• Hands-on experience building communities among physical AI, robotics, or AI research audiences.

• Experience running technical product launches, events, and partner marketing programs, as well as producing customer proof points.

• Comfort with Discord, Slack, CRM platforms such as HubSpot, LinkedIn, X, email marketing, analytics dashboards, AI tools, and video or demo editing tools.

• Strong communication skills and experience conducting user interviews and translating feedback into product insights.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $150,000 to $200,000. Visa sponsorship is available.
