About the Role
An early marketing hire will build awareness, product adoption, and community for an AI data infrastructure and analytics company. Working closely with product and commercial teams, you will connect with technical users and turn their feedback and engagement into measurable growth.
What You'll Do
Lead US product launches, driving researcher outreach, signups, activation, onboarding, and ongoing usage.
Build and manage technical communities across chat platforms, product updates, and office hours, while maintaining a community CRM.
Plan hackathons, meetups, and partner events that support adoption and commercial pipeline.
Coordinate conference presence, including demos, meetings, and post-event follow-up.
Manage co-marketing programs with cloud, hardware, and industry partners.
Coordinate with PR support, prepare spokespeople, and facilitate journalist and analyst conversations.
Develop university and research-lab partnerships through talks, events, and student community programs.
Build a customer proof program covering case studies, references, and joint speaking opportunities.
Create timely social content and conduct weekly user interviews, sharing product insights with the team.
What We're Looking For
Four to seven years of experience in growth, community, developer relations, or ecosystem marketing at an AI, infrastructure, or developer tools company.
A track record of growing product users or technical communities with measurable results, ideally at an early-stage startup.
Technical fluency to demo AI and machine learning products and engage credibly with researchers.
Experience with community platforms, CRM tools, social channels, analytics dashboards, email marketing, AI productivity tools, and video or demo editing.
Experience with technical events, partner marketing, customer stories, user interviews, or university and research partnerships is valuable.
