About the Role
Join a founding-stage AI and quantitative markets team as a hands-on software engineer. You will work closely with quantitative and AI researchers to turn new ideas into production systems for market research and trading.
What You'll Do
Take projects from initial idea through implementation and production across the trading stack.
Build or extend data pipelines, trading signals, and research infrastructure.
Develop automated execution systems and tools that help the team move quickly from idea to live experiment.
Collaborate with quantitative and AI researchers on approaches to market prediction.
Contribute across areas such as trading infrastructure, high-frequency trading, security, and machine learning.
What We're Looking For
One to five years of relevant experience and a degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or physics.
Strong software engineering skills in Python or C++, with a track record of owning a project from ideation through production.
Experience in quantitative development, trading systems, data infrastructure, systematic research, high-frequency trading, crypto, or fintech.
Experience applying statistical methods to noisy real-world data.
Familiarity with AI-assisted software development; experience interning at a quantitative trading firm is a plus.
Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with varied technical challenges.
