About the Role
Join a founding-stage team building AI-driven technology for financial markets. You will work across the trading stack, turning ideas into production systems and collaborating with quantitative and AI researchers on market prediction.
What You'll Do
Take projects from ideation through implementation and production across the trading stack.
Build and extend data pipelines, trading signals, and research infrastructure.
Develop automated execution systems and tools that help the team launch live experiments quickly.
Partner with quantitative and AI researchers to explore new approaches to market prediction.
Contribute across trading infrastructure, machine learning, and security as team needs evolve.
What We're Looking For
One to five years of full-time experience as a software engineer or quantitative developer, with real-world experience beyond a new graduate role.
A degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or physics.
Strong software engineering skills in Python or C++, including ownership of a project from initial idea through production.
Background in quantitative development, trading systems, data infrastructure, systematic research, high-frequency trading, crypto, or fintech.
Strong statistical intuition and comfort working with noisy real-world data, plus experience using AI-driven development tools.
Ability to execute across projects with multiple interacting components; internship experience in quantitative trading is a plus.

Annual salary range: $200,000 to $300,000. Visa sponsorship is available.
Location
On-site in Palo Alto, California, with a six-day-per-week on-site schedule.
