Founding Software Engineer

About the Role

Join an early engineering team building AI-powered software for enterprise procurement and supply chains. You will develop systems that help organizations enforce supplier agreements, reduce spend leakage, and make better purchasing decisions.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship full-stack product features from initial design through production.

• Solve data challenges involving large volumes of fragmented contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.

• Help shape product and technical direction as an early member of the engineering team.

• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand their needs and deliver practical solutions.

• Contribute to AI and LLM systems that identify discrepancies and support purchasing decisions.

What We're Looking For

• Two to eight years of software engineering experience, with a background in full-stack, frontend, or backend product development.

• Experience shipping end-to-end software products, ideally for B2B customers.

• Proficiency with modern web technologies such as Python, TypeScript, and React.

• Experience working with enterprise customers and complex business workflows.

• Familiarity with LLM systems, evaluation methods, or related AI frameworks is valuable.

• Experience at a product-focused technology company or venture-backed startup is relevant.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $200,000 to $250,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
