Founding Product Manager

About the Role

Join an early-stage company building software for waste management businesses. You will own a product area, such as sales and marketing or financial products, and bring customer needs from discovery through launch.

What You'll Do

• Own a product area end to end, from customer discovery and product direction to shipping and iteration.

• Speak directly with waste haulers and other operators to understand their pain points, workflows, and needs.

• Use AI tools to build functional prototypes and bring product concepts close to completion, partnering with engineering on final implementation.

• Make practical scope and product tradeoffs while maintaining a clear vision for your area.

• Develop deep knowledge of waste hauling workflows and use it to guide product decisions.

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of product management experience, including recent experience at an early-stage startup.

• Experience shipping B2B SaaS products for small and midsize business operators.

• Hands-on experience building products, making scope tradeoffs, and having regular conversations with customers.

• Experience building and launching AI-powered product features, including using AI prototyping tools such as Cursor, Claude, GPT, or Replit Agent.

• An engineering background or an engineer-to-product career path is a plus.

• Experience in logistics, field services, or vertical SaaS is beneficial.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $150,000 to $220,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is available.
