Founding Software Engineer

About the Role

Join an early engineering team at an enterprise AI company building software to help organizations enforce supplier terms and reduce spend leakage. You will shape the product and technical direction while developing AI-powered tools for complex, high-volume business data.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship full-stack product features from initial design through production.

• Solve data challenges involving large volumes of fragmented contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.

• Help make strategic product and technical decisions as an early member of the engineering team.

• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand their needs and deliver practical solutions.

• Contribute to AI and LLM systems that identify discrepancies and help organizations capture savings.

What We're Looking For

• Two to eight years of software engineering experience, with strong backend or full-stack product engineering depth.

• Experience shipping real products end to end, including B2B applications; frontend-focused experience alone is not sufficient.

• Familiarity with Python, TypeScript, React, and modern full-stack development.

• Experience working with enterprise customers and complex business workflows is valuable.

• Exposure to modern LLM systems, evaluations, or related frameworks is a plus.

• Interest in early-stage product building and taking ownership across engineering and product decisions.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary: $200,000 to $250,000. Visa sponsorship is available.
