Founding Software Engineer

About the Role

Join an early engineering team at an AI-powered enterprise spend startup, building software that helps large organizations enforce supplier agreements and identify purchasing discrepancies. You will contribute across product engineering, data systems, and AI capabilities while helping shape the product and technical direction from an early stage.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship full-stack product features from initial design through production.

• Develop systems that compare supplier contract terms with purchasing and invoice data across large, complex datasets.

• Make product and technical decisions that help guide the team's direction.

• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand their needs and deliver practical solutions.

• Contribute to AI and LLM systems that support spend analysis and operational workflows.

What We're Looking For

• Two to eight years of full-stack software engineering experience, with meaningful backend depth.

• Experience shipping end-to-end product features using modern application development practices.

• Proficiency with Python, TypeScript, React, and experience building AI/ML or LLM-based systems is valuable.

• Background in B2B product engineering, ideally including work with enterprise customers and complex data.

• Comfort working on an early-stage team and making thoughtful decisions in a fast-moving environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $200,000 to $250,000. Visa sponsorship is available.
