Founding Software Engineer

About the Role

Join an early-stage team building AI-powered software to help large organizations manage enterprise spending and supplier agreements. As a founding engineer, you will shape the product and technical direction while delivering practical solutions to complex data challenges.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship full-stack product features from concept through deployment.

• Develop systems that compare negotiated supplier terms with purchasing and invoice data at scale.

• Make product and technical decisions that guide the engineering roadmap.

• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand their needs and deliver solutions.

• Contribute to AI and LLM systems that identify discrepancies and improve customer savings.

What We're Looking For

• Two to eight years of full-stack software engineering experience.

• Backend or full-stack product engineering experience, including shipping products end to end.

• Experience with B2B products and modern software development; Python, TypeScript, React, and LLM or AI systems experience are relevant.

• Background working with enterprise customers or solving complex data problems is valuable.

• Interest in early-stage product development and helping shape a product from the ground up.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $200,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
