THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE Fraud Prevention is looking for a Business Delivery Lead based out of Unity Place . The role will manage and support the delivery of fraud products to support fraud prevention, detection and resolution. It will liaise with key stakeholders / teams to test and deliver the requirements, support the implementation, and help drive any changes to maximise the benefits for the bank and our customers This role will support the management of a wide range of risk associated responsibilities, representing the interests and views of Fraud whilst supporting the Bank achieve its goals. This role will support stakeholders in understanding and appropriately assessing the changing risk environment driven by the change; obtaining buy-in to utilise new tech/functionality to mitigate risk, reduce losses and drive a better customer experience. as well as to provide a forward-looking view of risk with the development and ongoing management of the digital roadmap. This role will support ongoing relationships with third party providers to continue smooth delivery and evolution of the services provided to the San UK fraud team. Ongoing relationships with third party providers to achieve smooth delivery and evolution of the services provided to the San UK fraud team. Managing Risk & Applying Control ​ Promotes and encourages good culture and behaviours personally and across the Team, in line with I AM Risk. Identifies, assesses, manages, and reports risks, taking proactive personal responsibility for ‘doing the right thing’ in compliance with regulatory requirements and our frameworks and policies. Progresses specific actions that could minimise or mitigate risks identified (e.g., conduct risk, operational risk, credit risk etc.) and ensures 100% completion of mandatory training and any other role specific training required. Proactively supports the bank in meeting its business, regulatory and stakeholder obligations in respect of Fraud. Contributes to the maintenance of an effective risk management framework in which risks are effectively identified, quantified, monitored and communicated. Actively participates in risk control forums on behalf of the Directorate, such as Fraud Risk Control Forum. WHAT YOU’LL BRING Our people are our greatest strength. Professional Experience Delivery complex business change Working with cross functional teams Managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced, environment. (Required) Experience defining, tracking, and reporting delivery progress, milestones, risks, issues, and benefits to governance forums and senior stakeholders. (Required) Experience in delivery using agile mehodologies. (Required) Demonstrated experience using data and MI to support decision-making, measure performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. (Required) Proven ability to identify delivery risks, manage dependencies, and implement effective mitigation strategies. (Required) Experience working with third-party vendors and technology partners.(Preferred) Hard Skills Sound theoretical understanding of risk concepts and techniques, and ability to translate knowledge and experience into recommendations to add value to the business. (Required) Experience of operational change and testing methodologies, as well as their successful application. (Required) ​ Sound experience in governance and control frameworks. Salary Range: £54,318.00 - £81,478.00 per annum (depending on experience) This salary range represents the expected remuneration for the role. Annual salary is based on a standard 35-hour working week. Actual salary offered will depend on skills, experience, qualifications and location.
