Freight & Customs Responsible ( Logistics Responsible )

Your Role : Coordinate international and domestic transport operations, and ensure the proper handling of import/export documentation flows. RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure the smooth processing of provisional import-export declarations in coordination with the customs broker. Oversee import-export documentation flows. Ensure proper customs clearance procedures are followed, in accordance with Versigent’s internal regulations and contractual requirements. Confirm the final declared values ​​for each shipment with the customs broker—segregating data by Incoterms and currency—and ensure the proper registration of import licenses with the relevant banks. Prepare import and export customs files. Collect the documents required to complete customs declarations (invoices, transport documents, etc.). Oversee the legally mandated procedures for customs declarations regarding goods.
