What Youll Do:

Provide excellent support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
Resolve customer inquiries and provide technical assistance, ensuring efficient and empathetic solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve more complex issues and improve the overall customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, ensuring timely follow-up and issue resolution.
Stay informed about product updates and company services to provide the most current information.
Offer valuable feedback to continuously improve support processes and service quality.

Benefits & Allowances:

Meal allowance: 7.23 per day.
Transport allowance: 20 per month.
Health insurance: Available from day 1 (requires a small monthly contribution), free after 6 months of contract.
Position bonus for Braga: 20 per year (12-month period).

What Were Looking For:

Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential.
Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required we provide full training.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
Problem-solving ability and a positive, patient approach to assisting customers.
EU citizenship or Portuguese passport is required for this position (due to visa/work permit regulations).
