Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer support to French-speaking customers through live chat, email, and phone communications. Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive products, services, and technical support. Educate customers on product features and benefits to enhance their overall experience. Gather customer feedback and insights to improve service quality and product offerings. Collaborate with internal teams to efficiently resolve customer issues and enhance satisfaction. Stay informed about automotive industry trends and new product releases to provide accurate information to customers. Maintain thorough records of customer interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking and reporting. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the automotive industry. Strong interest in automotive products and familiarity with industry terminology. Exceptional communication skills and a passion for customer service. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent problem-solving skills and a capacity to work in a dynamic environment. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
