Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients via social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Engage with customers to build relationships and enhance brand loyalty. Monitor social media platforms for customer feedback and relevant conversations. Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to ensure consistent messaging and service quality. Document customer interactions accurately and report on trends and customer feedback for service improvement. Stay informed about the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure effective communication. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, particularly through social media platforms. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer engagement. Familiarity with social media management tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain high attention to detail. Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer issues effectively. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
