This position is tailored for individuals with a strong technical background who are passionate about helping French-speaking clients resolve their technical issues. Responsibilities Provide high-quality technical support to French-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Diagnose and resolve technical challenges efficiently, ensuring a smooth customer experience. Guide customers on product features and best practices to maximize their usage. Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to escalate complex issues and contribute to effective resolutions. Conduct follow-ups with customers to confirm satisfaction and resolution of their inquiries. Stay updated on product advancements and industry developments to deliver informed support. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken. Prior experience in technical support or customer service is preferred. Solid understanding of technical systems and strong troubleshooting skills. Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Experience with CRM systems and remote support tools is a plus. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
