We're looking for an energetic, friendly, and personable Front of House Executive to join our growing team.

As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll help create a welcoming experience, keep daily operations running smoothly, and bring positive energy to our community.

What You'll Do

• Guest Experience: Welcome players and visitors, provide friendly assistance, and create a warm, inviting atmosphere.
• Bookings & Operations: Manage court reservations, booking systems, check-ins, and daily front desk operations.
• Customer Enquiries: Respond to enquiries through phone, messaging platforms, and in person.
• Events & Community: Assist with hosting social games, tournaments, community activities, and special events.
• Facility Upkeep: Help maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming environment through basic housekeeping duties.
• Inventory & Equipment: Assist with equipment rentals, merchandise, stock counts, and basic inventory management.
• Team Support: Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and a great experience for every guest.

Who We're Looking For

• Minimum secondary school education or equivalent qualification.
• Good command of spoken and written English is essential.
• Friendly, approachable, and confident in communicating with people.
• Comfortable using computers, mobile applications, and booking systems.
• Responsible, organised, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• An interest in sports, wellness, or hospitality is a plus, but no padel or pickleball experience is required.

Fresh graduates and candidates with hospitality, retail, customer service, or events experience are welcome to apply.
