We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Application Developer to represent our organisation and take technical ownership of designing, building, and deploying responsive user interfaces and scalable backend services.
In this role, you will bridge modern frontend architecture and robust backend API ecosystems within our client’s environment. You will be instrumental in creating seamless user experiences, designing efficient databases, optimising performance across the stack, and deploying services through automated CI/CD pipelines in cloud environments.

- End-to-End Application Engineering: Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications across modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and backend architectures (Node.js, .NET, Python, or Java).
- API Development & Integration: Design and document secure RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints adhering to clean architecture and service-oriented patterns.
- Database Design & Performance: Model and query relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL databases, implementing effective caching strategies (Redis).
- Cloud & Container Deployment: Containerise application services using Docker and integrate them into automated continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines targeting AWS or Azure.
- Code Quality & Testing: Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests (Jest, Cypress, Playwright) while actively participating in peer code reviews.
- Client & Product Collaboration: Partner closely with client product managers, UI/UX designers, and technical leads to translate business requirements into clean, maintainable software.
- Full Stack Development Track Record: Solid commercial experience building and maintaining full-lifecycle web applications.
- Modern Frontend Proficiency: Deep, hands-on experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Robust Backend Foundations: Proven experience developing server-side services and APIs using Node.js, C#/.NET, Python, or Java.
- Database & Cloud Fundamentals: Practical background working with SQL/NoSQL databases, containerisation (Docker), and cloud deployment environments.
- Location Requirements: Currently residing in Australia with valid work rights or eligibility for 482 visa sponsorship/transfer.
- Practical experience with serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).
- Familiarity with microservices design and event-driven patterns (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Relevant cloud certifications (AWS Certified Developer / Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate).
