# Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

## About the Role

A fast-growing AI voice automation platform is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join its core engineering team in building the systems and interfaces that power millions of AI-driven conversations. This is a high-ownership role working closely with the founding team to shape both product architecture and user experience.

You will work across the full technology stack, developing core product features, scalable backend systems, polished frontend interfaces, telephony integrations, and DevOps workflows. You will own projects end-to-end from architecture and development through deployment and iteration, while also supporting customer onboarding, debugging production issues, and translating user feedback into product improvements.

## Key Responsibilities

* Build and iterate on core product features including prompt orchestration, dashboards, analytics, and telephony integrations.

* Design and develop scalable full-stack systems spanning frontend applications, backend APIs, and DevOps workflows.

* Lead projects end-to-end, including architecture, coding, deployment, and ongoing iteration.

* Build intuitive user interfaces and APIs that enable customers to get up and running quickly.

* Develop polished frontend experiences using React and TypeScript.

* Build backend services using Python and/or Node.js.

* Work with AWS to develop, deploy, and operate backend systems.

* Design and work with distributed backend systems.

* Support customer onboarding and help customers successfully adopt the platform.

* Debug and resolve production issues.

* Translate customer and user feedback into product improvements.

* Collaborate directly with the founding team and other engineering stakeholders to shape product architecture and user experience.

## Required Qualifications

* 5+ years of full-stack software development experience.

* Strong computer science fundamentals.

* Proficiency with React and TypeScript for frontend development.

* Proficiency with Python and/or Node.js for backend development.

* Hands-on AWS experience.

* Deep knowledge of distributed backend systems.

* Experience building products or infrastructure in a fast-moving, venture-backed startup environment.

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

## Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Voice AI.

* Experience with telephony platforms.

* Experience with real-time audio infrastructure.

* Senior-level or Staff-level engineering experience.

* Demonstrated impact equivalent to Senior or Staff-level responsibilities.

## Work Arrangement & Location

* **Employment Type:** Full-time.

* **Primary Work Arrangement:** On-site.

## Compensation & Benefits

* **Base Salary:** $215,000–$290,000 USD annually.
